A Pumpkin Spiced Latte is a perfect morning treat

A Pumpkin Spiced Latte is a perfect morning treat to pep your step this pre-Thanksgiving weekend. This is a quick, less than 5 min latte recipe. This tastes best with whole or 2% milk but definitely feel free to change/sub the sugar & milk to your dietary preferences. (ie I love oat milk and maple syrup) or feel free to cut the sugar completely if your looking to cut some morning calories. The spices and creamy pumpkin bring so much to this cup alone you wouldn’t miss it. 😋 This delectable recipe makes 2 servings.
2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree fresh or canned
1 to 3 TBSP sugar/sweetener of choice. (varies per your sweet level)
3 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup hot coffee☕️
Whipped cream, for topping if you like. Ummm yum! Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat but don’t boil. Take off heat whisk in the rest of the ingredients.
Pour in 2 cups. Top with whipped cream. Sit back and enjoy

Good morning and happy Monday! It has been a while but we are happy to be healthy and here and hope you all are too! It is Monday, so it is the perfect time for a bit of a reboot! We are planning to take some time to perfect last weeks mistakes, work on some new projects and try to be kinder before our morning coffee. 😆 what is your Monday looking like?!

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SHAKE 🍫🍫🍌🍌🥜THE sugar craving killer!
No one will ever know you’re hiding a cup of greens I promise!!! This is a super simple recipe that is Toddler/Kid/Adult tested & approved!! Get this in, it is a great fuel for breakfast. This shake will sustain you well because of its super high protein and fiber. Remember these shakes are meant to be your meal! Excellent breakfast source for the kiddos and those who want to crave less sugar during their day.
12 Oz Coconut Water (or for extra chocolate-like flavor sub Chocolate Almond Milk)
2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
1 cup Spinach
1 Banana
2 TBSP Peanut Butter
Blend all in blender till smooth and creamy. Enjoy!!

Koulourakia (kooloorakyah) are Greek traditional holiday cookies. Typically seen around Easter and Christmas, these delectable butter cookies are slightly soft in the middle with fresh orange zest & juice for a slight hint of citrus amongst this tender butter cookie. They’re great to dunk in coffee, milk, tea or just shovel them in because they’re just too darn good!
